For instance, assume you have 2 room types, Ocean view and Valley view. Each has 3 rooms available for the dates requested by the prospective guest. The guest wants 4 rooms.

Fiestar will recognize this situation and will take the opportunity to allow the guest to split the reservation among available rooms e.g. the guest could book 2 Ocean view and 2 Jungle view.  It also presents the cost differences of each alternative. When the first reservation of a split booking is made, the system retains the guest's information for additional bookings.

It has been our experience that properties with this option enabled, realize increased revenues, higher occupancy rates and greater customer satisfaction.
